How do I order?

Explore the collection, choose your coffee and select whole bean or ground. Each bag contains 12 oz. Review your bag and delivery details before paying at checkout.

Which coffee should I try first?

Dearest offers familiar cocoa-and-caramel notes. First Light explores brighter fruit and floral notes. Ardently brings whiskey-barrel character. Compare their roast, origin and tasting character on the coffee page.

Do tasting notes mean added flavors?

Tasting notes describe the character of the coffee, rather than a list of added ingredients. Ardently is aged in a previously used whiskey barrel before roasting; we do not describe it as alcohol-free.

Is the coffee roasted in Paris?

Our name expresses a creative inspiration, not a claim of French origin. Paris Brew is based in Madison, Wisconsin and works with a roasting partner.

Can I arrange gifts for a group?

Standard shipping is included within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Our initial checkout does not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations.

Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for preparation before your order ships. Transit time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you are ordering for a particular occasion, contact us before placing your order.

If your coffee arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number and a description of what happened. Include photographs if you can. We will review the issue with you and discuss the next step. Please contact us before returning anything.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it is still possible. Once preparation or shipping has begun, changes may not be possible. Please wait for our reply before placing a replacement order.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error or cannot locate a delivery, contact us with your order number so we can review the situation.
